How to Spot Bogus Packers ?
|
People realized it lately that they got trapped in the bogus assurances made by
the packers and movers. It happens when they receive damage goods or no goods at
all. At that time the company offer disclaimer and try to implicate other players
like transporter or local associate for lost or damage goods. Eventually, it cost
customer, money and great deal of heartache and headache.
However, not all packers and movers are same and it is the service that discriminate
them from each other. Though it is not possible to rule out accidents or mishap
altogether but a genuine packer and mover will own the responsibility of any damage
or missing goods and sort out the issue. While it can get perplexing difficult to
distinguish a good mover from a bad one, but there are some tips which can help
you in spotting bogus packers and movers.
1) They provide you over-the-phone estimate and it’s unusually low.
2) They demand large deposits before even before they move your goods.
3) They might not provide you insurance.
4) The packer mover office is nonexistent or in poor condition.
